Why We Created OurLocals

Mainstream travel guides and algorithms tend to push the same commercial hotspots over and over again. OurLocals was built to empower travelers, locals, and curious explorers to document meaningful small places—artisans, street stalls, kiranas, craft workshops, and community anchors—by pinning them on an interactive map and sharing what makes them special.
